This includes assessment, analysis of patient skills and challenging behaviors, development and oversight of treatment plans, and coaching of behavioral technicians and caregivers. Clinical Supervisors report to the Group Clinical Manager and work in a salaried, exempt, full-time capacity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient Develop and maintain treatment plans Ensure that all supervision hours achieve 100% treatment adherence each month Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths Analyze challenging behaviors to ascertain their function Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors Observe treatment implementation for potential program revisions Monitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation of protocols Direct behavior technicians in new or revised treatment protocol implementation Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians Primarily work physically within the center to support technicians and observe best practices Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress and adjust protocols based on data Update treatment plans at least once per month based on patient response Fulfill a minimum of 120 payor/client-authorized billable hours per month, inclusive of supervisory and therapy hours Accurately communicate treatment response to stakeholders (caregivers, payers) Coordinate care with other professionals Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments Include caregiver as part of the treatment team with consistent collaboration meetings Interact with payers collaboratively, professionally, and informatively Engage with payers for funding meetings (e.g., IEP, peer reviews) Stay up to date on best practices for ABA treatment to ensure clinical excellence Maintain appropriate documentation in Skills and the patient’s medical record Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements at all times Partner consistently and effectively with other center leadership (operations, administrators) Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field required Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Empathetic and compassionate with strict confidentiality Collaborative and solution‑focused attitude toward team members Independent problem‑solving and clinical judgment Effective written and verbal communication Excellent time management in a fast‑paced environment Proficient computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, systems, iPads) Desire for continuous learning and skill development Willingness to work in various locations (center, home, community) Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance Must pass tuberculosis test Proficiency in English, written and verbal Work Environment Treatment may occur in a variety of settings including the patient’s home, the CARD center, the patient’s school, the community, or via telehealth. Supervisors work indoors and outdoors, moving between locations throughout the day, with exposure to loud or excessive noise at times. Physical Requirements Work with patients seated on floor, small chairs, or various environments Move frequently to gather materials, respond to patient movements, instruct in diverse settings Operate in various positions (bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching) to support patients Use continuous visual tracking to monitor patients and surroundings Respond to aggressive behaviors and physically block attempts when necessary Informally teach vocal speech, modeling gross and fine motor skills as needed Work in indoor and outdoor settings, including varied weather conditions Lift up to 30 lbs while assisting patients Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for Employment in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act. #J-18808-Ljbffr
