Production Technician

We're looking for a dependable Production Technician to help manufacture high-quality coil coatings in a safe and efficient production environment for our Client Located on the Northwest side of Houston ,. If you enjoy hands-on work, following processes, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do

As a Production Technician, you will:

• Produce coating batches by following production formulas and work instructions.
• Measure, weigh, and add raw materials accurately.
• Operate mixers, pumps, and other production equipment safely.
• Monitor the mixing, grinding, and development of batches.
• Work with the Quality Control team to ensure products meet specifications.
• Transfer finished products into drums, totes, or storage tanks for shipment.
• Complete production records and batch documentation accurately.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety, environmental, and operating procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Experience in paint, coatings, chemical, or liquid manufacturing is a plus.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow written instructions and production formulas accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and a strong team player.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the work shift.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and around chemical odors.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
