The Psychologist will provide psychological assessments, therapy, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans. This role is essential in supporting mental well‑being of our patients and promoting positive outcomes. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team. Qualifications Education: Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D) in Psychology from an accredited institution. Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility preferred. Licensure: California State License by the Board of Psychology, unrestricted and in good standing. Additional Requirements: CPR certification and successful completion of Handle with Care (HWC) training (provided in‑house), including appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint, within days of employment, and prior to assisting in a restraining process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
