Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 3x12-hour shifts (Day or Night) | Rotating call and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients across all ages and all acuity levels , including Level 2 NICU
• Manage and monitor patients requiring critical care ventilator support
• Deliver neonatal and pediatric respiratory care in accordance with clinical protocols
• Participate in rotating call and weekend coverage as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program as required by licensure
• Valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license (DORA) in good standing
• NBRC RRT certification required — CRT credentials will not be considered
• Minimum 5 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
• Neonatal and pediatric experience required, including Level 2 NICU
• Strong critical care and ventilator skills required
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (AAP) — all four certifications required
• Current Flu Vaccine required; no declinations accepted
• Prior travel assignment experience required — this position will not be considered for a first travel assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experienced healthcare traveler with a demonstrated history of successful contract assignments
• Comfort working across a broad patient population spanning all age groups and acuity levels
