This position requires extreme organizational skills, and the ability to juggle various projects/pieces at a time.Provide design solutions to support marketing campaigns, programs, special content, brochures and flyers, banners, landing pages, HTML emails and redesignsCreate and deliver design layouts, production-ready art, specifications, and other deliverables as necessary to development and production teamsPreparing files for productionProcess drafts through a 3-part proofing process, updating the pieces with edits as needed between roundsExtend corporate branding styles to new designs and graphics, working within style guides and templates.Work directly with vendors to meet customer specifications and ensure on-time deliveryProvide project managementEducation and Experience:AA or BFA/BS degree in Graphic Design/BA in design or related fieldQualifications:At least 5 years of relevant professional design experience.Proven, rich experience using design programs, including Dreamweaver, Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign Flash and Adobe AcrobatProven ability to create visually stimulating and motivating designs.Experience working in corporate environment a plusProficiency in standard design/creation software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignAbility to manage multiple tasks concurrently, multi-task across projectsHighly detail-orientedExceptional organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and handle multiple projects at onceAbility to meet tight deadlinesUI/UX experience a plusFCP/AE experience a plus
