Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to laboring patients throughout the antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum phases
• Monitor maternal and fetal status continuously and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries in collaboration with the obstetric care team
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and oxytocin per physician orders and unit protocols
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
• Float to other units or care sites within the health system as operationally needed

Required Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact eligibility
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Prior experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with electronic fetal monitoring and interpretation
• Familiarity with high-acuity obstetric emergencies and rapid response protocols
