Job Title: Rehab Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: 1 License: Must have RN license in hand Must have LPN/LVN license in hand Must have CNA license in hand Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: Previous charge experience Travel experience required Trauma Level 1 experience required Description: The Rehab Registered Nurse is responsible for all aspects of trach care and management. A Respiratory Therapist is available if needed. The nurse will work with a patient ratio experience of 7 patients per nurse. Patient care duties include administering oxygen, peripheral line care and management, and non-invasive airway management. The RN will be expected to float to inpatient medical-surgical units as needed. Weekend coverage is required. The candidate must complete all modules during orientation. Modules are non-billable and vary by profession. No license hits are allowed for submission. All allied positions require state or national certification and/or license. Candidates with less than 2 years of experience are accepted. All qualifications must be met for consideration.
