We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Neuro Stepdown unit. Key Responsibilities Leading patient care by delivering high-quality, holistic nursing services aligned with clinical standards. Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized care plans that adapt to patient needs. Coordinating communication among healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Monitoring patient conditions accurately, documenting changes, and acting on clinical insights promptly. Managing physician and nursing orders while coordinating discharge plans for successful care transitions. Qualifications And Skills Oklahoma RN licensure and BLS certification within 1 month of hire. Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure. Additional Details Work schedule on weekends, full-time.
