This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside a collaborative healthcare team to diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of acute and non-emergent medical conditions./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide urgent care services for patients of all ages, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment./liliPerform procedures such as wound care, suturing, splinting, and other minor interventions./liliOrder and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)./liliPrescribe medications and manage treatment plans./liliCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care./liliDocument patient encounters in the electronic medical record system accurately and timely./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliCurrent Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license./liliNational certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)./liliUrgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Practice experience preferred./liliStrong clinical skills with the ability to work independently./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills./li/ulh3Compensation Benefits/h3ulliStarting salary: $150,000 annually/liliFull benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off/liliCME allowance and professional development support/liliSupportive team environment and work-life balance with a 4-day work week/li/ul/div
