Home Health Registered Nurse, Weekend

Position Overview The Home Health Registered Nurse uses an individualized patient care plan to provide top quality care to patients in their homes. This position is a Full‑Time Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 12‑hour day shift. The role is based in Columbus and Bladen Counties and requires travel throughout the service area. Responsibilities Conduct initial assessment and develop patient case plan for patients in all stages of life. Visit 6‑8 patients per shift and provide skilled nursing services. Assess, interpret, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to age and diagnosis. Document patient care in electronic medical records and respond to documentation requests via email during the week. Travel to patients' homes using company‑issued laptops. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license. Strong assessment, skilled nursing, and documentation skills. Ability to work 12‑hour weekend shifts and travel across service area.
