Custody Administration and Reporting Supervisor

We are looking for a Custody Administration and Reporting Supervisor in our Saint Petersburg, FL office. The role reports to the Head of Investor Services and leads the Data Analysis team to provide administrative oversight and strategic support. Responsibilities Oversee a small team of Data Analysis professionals, coaching, developing, and managing performance. Manage financial reporting tasks for high‑net‑worth clients and coordinate with client service, operations and other departments. Maintain and support outbound data file services, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customized financial reporting. Work with Head of Investor Services to deliver management reporting and track sales activities, new and lost business, and profitability. Identify gaps in processes, recommend improvements, and monitor, evaluate, and resolve outstanding items. Develop and maintain business workflows and procedures in a central repository. Assist with projects that collect, summarize and present key metrics to drive business strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5‑8 years of experience in financial reporting within the financial services industry. Comprehensive understanding of front, middle and back‑office processes. Proficiency with business desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong people skills, ability to interact with colleagues, and collaborative approach to FTCI business objectives. Detail‑oriented, multi‑tasking, deadline‑focused, and capable of prioritizing changing workloads. Exceptional customer service, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to solve complex problems while exercising independent judgment and initiative. Self‑management skills for hybrid/remote environment with availability during normal business hours. Experience handling sensitive and confidential information and maintaining confidentiality.
