Sanibel Island Beach Resort is accepting applications to join our Restaurant Team in the role of Line Cook.

Our Line Cook position starts at $21/hr.  

Line Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare mise-en-place for a station and meal period;
• Serve menu items with appropriate preparation and plate presentation;
• Assist other team members as needed;
• Follow quality and food safety standards, etc.

Line Cook Qualifications:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends;
• Ability to walk/stand for up to 5 hours at a time
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
