Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a focused caseload

Position Details & Responsibilities:

• Contract assignment running from August 16, 2022, through June 1, 2023
• Provide direct Physical Therapy to elementary school-aged students, averaging 4 hours per week
• Manage a caseload of 4 elementary students
• Collaborate with teachers and allied staff to develop and implement IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, deliver interventions, and support mobility or access needs within the school environment
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Attend and contribute to relevant meetings and communicate progress with parents and educational teams
