Packaging Associate

Brief Description Packaging associate will be responsible for packing finished product in accordance with standard packaging procedures, while maintaining quality standards and efficient production. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Comply with company packing procedures and standards. Ability to strongly follow packing schedule as directed by Production Supervisor and/or Production Manager. Maintaining accurate, record keeping and updated inventory. Maintain Packing Room and any common areas organized, clean, and pristine to optimize production efficiency. Comply with GMP, GDP and safety guidelines, in accordance with company and government agency policies. Communicate with Supervisor about any improvements made to any SOP’s and strictly adhere to these practices. Performs work in quality fashion. Ensure product orders are packed and moved carefully. Must maintain satisfactory attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Competencies: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience High school or GED Requires 1 year of related experience Experience with Cannabis related equipment Required: Must be 21+ years old. Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a team environment This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week Flexible availability for work hours.
