Veterinary Technician Position

Cherry Hill Animal Hospital located in Cherry Hill, NJ is searching for a veterinary technician.

We are a 4 full-time and 1 part time doctor, companion animal hospital. Our Fear Free certified clinic combines a community and family feel with state-of-the-art technology. About You:

· Ability to perform tasks associated with Technician responsibilities (to include placing IV catheters, venipuncture, administering premedication, anesthesia induction & monitoring, patient preparation, surgical nursing, and perioperative nursing care, dental prophylactics, radiographs, etc.)

· Our team of Doctors and Technicians utilize state of the art equipment to perform advanced techniques providing excellent care and treatment services.

· You have an interest in the mental well-being of the pet and using low stress handling techniques and care or excited about learning to practice this way.

· Surgery & anesthesia experience is a HUGE plus!

Anticipated Schedule:

· Four 10-hour shifts with some evenings

· One Saturday month

Compensation:

$17-25/hour (commensurate with experience)
