Nurse Practitioner — Outpatient MAT for Opioid Recovery

Crossroads-Treatment-Centers

Crossroads Treatment Centers seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinics. You will prescribe medications, complete medical documentation, and collaborate with the care team to deliver holistic treatments. Injections will be performed as part of patient care, with a split schedule between Uniontown and Charleroi.
