Recruiter/Senior Recruiter

IQVIA seeks a Recruiter to source and hire qualified candidates across multiple locations. The role involves collaborating with management, creating job postings, conducting interviews, and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.

Responsibilities

• Source, select, and hire qualified candidates through proactive pipelining
• Write job advertisements and coordinate postings across multiple media channels
• Review applications and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
• Partner with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify talent
• Consult with business leaders on market intelligence and staffing objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year recruiter or staffing function experience
• Knowledge of recruiting legislation and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of recruitment market trends and candidate attraction
• Must be located in Central or Eastern US time zone

Compensation: $42,200.00 - $136,300.00 base
