Telecommunications Project Manager

About The Role We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Project Manager to oversee telecommunications, low-voltage, construction, and technology infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables remain on track. Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans. Monitor project budgets, costs, and overall performance. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Drive accountability across project teams and proactively resolve issues before they impact project success. Support continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience in telecommunications, low-voltage systems, construction, electrical contracting, or IT infrastructure. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and reporting. Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently. Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills. Preferred Qualifications PMP or CAPM certification is a plus. Experience with fiber optics, structured cabling, security systems, CCTV, access control, or network infrastructure projects. Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Procore, Monday.com, Primavera P6, or similar project management platforms. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
