Job Description
Guarantee Electrical is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Senior Scheduler to support the successful planning and execution of complex projects. In this role, you'll be the backbone of project timing and performance-developing, analyzing, and optimizing schedules that drive informed decision-making, reduce risk, and keep projects on track. This is not just a scheduling role - you'll serve as a strategic partner to Operations, Legal, and Project Management teams, translating contract requirements into actionable plans and identifying opportunities for recovery, efficiency, and continuous improvement. If you thrive on turning data into insight and bringing clarity to complexity, we want to meet you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Build and maintain detailed construction schedules from project outset through completion
- Perform critical path, float, and compression analyses to identify risks and recovery opportunities
- Analyze schedule performance and identify root causes of delays
- Prepare reports, narratives, and insights for leadership decision-making
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Operations, and Legal teams
- Implement scheduling standards, templates, and tools to improve consistency
- Provide oversight and guidance to other schedulers
- Capture and apply lessons learned to future projects
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling principles and CPM methodologies
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
- Experience with construction contracts and schedule-related provisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field
