Building Maintenance Technician - HVAC

An HVAC/Refrigeration Technician is part of the hotel's facilities maintenance team and performs repairs and preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other mechanical equipment. This individual will also be responsible for trouble‑shooting all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front‑of‑house areas, as well as back‑of‑house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
