HVAC Technicians - Residential / Commercial - needed in New Boston, Michigan

A local Michigan company with a facility in New Boston, Michigan is currently seeking several HVAC Technicians for long-term full-time construction projects with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities to work with a company that offers competitive rates, training, benefits and more!

HVAC Technicians rates are anticipated to start between $20 to $35 an hour depending upon experience and education. We offer excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, 401k with match, vacations, and more!

Qualified candidates will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience with the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects, including ductwork, piping, thermostats, and mechanical components.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure HVAC systems are installed accurately and in compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Able to test and troubleshoot HVAC systems using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to verify performance, identify issues, and ensure efficient heating and cooling operation.
• Must be able to use HVAC tools and equipment such as manifold gauge sets, vacuum pumps, refrigerant recovery machines, leak detectors, and sheet metal tools to install, service, and maintain systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the US, and complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
