Sr. Electrical Engineer We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Maintenance team as a Senior Electrical Engineer. Responsibilities Improve equipment reliability by reducing machine downtime and unscheduled maintenance in a continuous manufacturing process environment Provide technical support to the I&E Maintenance team Proactively support preventive and predictive maintenance programs and recommend improvements Complete process data analysis in order to detect potential failure and implement actions Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis and develop action plans Provide suggestions for new and existing maintenance procedures Perform capital improvement projects and apply management of change Read drawings, schematics, manuals and engineering documentation equipment operation Devise new approaches to complex problems through adaptations and modifications of standard technical principles Travel - Domestic up to 10% as needed Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field AND 5 years’ experience as Electrical Engineer or related. Employer will also accept a Master degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field AND 3 years’ experience as Electrical Engineer or related. Applicant must have 3 years’ experience with: Industrial Electrical field Applicant must have demonstrative experience with: maintenance management philosophy including: PM, PDM, PSM, and P&S application of norm such as: NEMA, NFPA, UL, NEC, ISA, or IEEE petrochemical industry equipment ISO Quality System which relates with I&E compliance Microsoft Office Alpek Polyester USA, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
