You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will be paid weekly at $25.00 per hour

• Make recommendations to improve operations and processes
• Operate material handling equipment 
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates
• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe
• Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment 
• Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property 
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program 
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped 
• Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations
• Be available to work overtime and weekends

What we would like you to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment 
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership role 
• Forklift operating experience 
• Basic technical and math skills 
• 1+ years of experience working with WMS
• Basic computer navigational skills
