Compensation:

$102,300 - $193,200 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Conduct property showings and provide insightful tours to prospective buyers.
• Develop and maintain a robust client database to ensure consistent follow-up and relationship building.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective marketing plans for listings.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide expert advice.
• Assist clients through the entire transaction process, from initial contact to closing day celebrations.

Qualifications:

• Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients to understand their real estate needs.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to strategize and execute marketing plans.
• Ability to negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Willingness to stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments.
• Capacity to assist clients throughout the transaction process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
