This role prepares patients, administers radiopharmaceuticals under the direction of physician orders, operates imaging systems, produces quality diagnostic images, and ensures compliance with regulatory, safety and documentation requirements.**Schedule:*** Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm* This position includes rotational on-call coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays**Experience*** Completion of 12-week departmental specific training required**Education*** Associate degree from an accredited college or university and completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program required**Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification*** Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board required; **OR*** American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Nuclear Medicine ARRT (N) Certification and registration required* Texas Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) license required.* Basic Life Saver (BLS) Certification required**About Us:****Cook Children's Medical Center** is the cornerstone of Cook Children's, and offers advanced technologies, research and treatments, surgery, rehabilitation and ancillary services all designed to meet children's needs.Cook Children's is an EOE/AA, Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran employer.
