What You'll DoAs our Housekeeping Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations to maintain the highest cleanliness standards.
- Leading and motivating the housekeeping team to deliver top-notch service.
- Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
- Training and mentoring staff to uphold company policies and procedures.
- Addressing guest concerns related to housekeeping with professionalism and care.
We’re seeking someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role. To succeed, you’ll need:
- At least 3 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- The ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
