What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans aligned with ER protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to medical emergencies
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies
• Support patients and families with compassionate care and education
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and quality standards

What You Need

• Valid Kansas or compact RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
• At least 3 years of recent ER nursing experience; 5+ years preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
