Salary and Benefits * Base salary: $180,000 to $220,000 (dependent on experience) * Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000 * 4-day work week (Monday - Thursday) * CME: 1 week and $3,500 annually * 3 weeks paid vacation + sick time (accrued) * 10-11 paid holidays annually * Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision * 403(b) retirement with 1:1 match up to $3,500 * DEA and license reimbursement * NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible * Office currently closed Fridays but preference to reopen Responsibilities * 4 Day 10 Hour Shift Work Week * 36 Clinical Hours - 4 Admin Hours * Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including well-child visits, immunizations, and acute care management * Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions from newborns through young adults * Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes * Educate patients and families on preventive care, growth, and development * Mentor and support early-career providers if desired Requirements * Clear and active medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Wisconsin * Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatrics * Open to new graduates and experienced physicians * Strong commitment to community-based primary care About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
