This is an in-store sales role with the opportunity to gain hands-on finance experience and grow into a full-time F&I position.

What You'll Do

• Sales-focused role with Finance Development
• Primary responsibility is automotive sales
• Support F&I operations at least 1 day per week
• Help with deal structuring, lender flow, and product exposure
• Deliver a strong, professional customer experience from start to finish
• Maintain CRM discipline, deal accuracy, and compliance standards
• Operate with a focus on gross, volume, and efficiency

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of experience in automotive sales performance and gross production
• Strong closer with ability to handle negotiations and structure deals
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage compliance and paperwork accuracy
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven for career advancement
• Team-oriented with leadership mindset and accountability
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license
