ORBachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science, Information Systems or related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in a directly related field.ORMinimum five (5) years of directly related experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing and building Generative AI systems beyond simple prompt usage, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.Experience integrating LLMs into production systems, including prompt orchestration, response evaluation, and handling hallucinations or grounding issues.Proven ability to build end-to-end GenAI features, from data ingestion and backend services to APIs and downstream consumers (UI, services, or internal tools).Experience working with container-based technologies.Experience building and testing enterprise-scale web services.Knowledge of and ability to develop back-end (e.g. Python, Java, C++, PHP) code in support of package and product development. This includes the extension of capabilities of packages and products.The ability to develop and use Application Program Interfaces (APIs), a set of routines, protocols, and tools for building software applications that specify how software components should interact and are used when programming graphical user interface (GUI) components. This includes a collection of data values, the relationships among them, and the functions or operations that can be applied to the data.Information for US ApplicantsFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $110,700 to $171,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
