Zoom Elite Transportation has been proudly serving Illinois since 2017, providing professional, reliable, and compassionate transportation services. As we continue to expand across the state, we are looking for dedicated School Bus Drivers to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, part-time hours with competitive pay.

Duties

Safely operate a School Bus following a set route and schedule
Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers, especially children
Maintain order and discipline among passengers, utilizing behavior management techniques when necessary
Provide a high level of customer service to all passengers
Keep the school bus clean and well-maintained
Communicate effectively with transportation staff and passengers

Perks & Compensation

$27.00 – $35.00/hour, depending on experience

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus for fully endorsed drivers (School Bus Permit/Class D)

$250 Sign-On Bonus for new drivers (non-endorsed)

$500 Referral Bonus*

Birthday Pay + Monthly Attendance Bonuses
