CTP-Many is seeking a Service Advisor to communicate with customers, schedule repairs, and handle estimates, approvals and invoicing data accurately. The role reports to the General Manager and is based in Louisiana. Responsibilities include maintaining repair schedules, processing paperwork, and ensuring excellent customer service within a busy shop environment.
