Office Manager / Bookkeeper
with previous construction bookkeeping experience wanted to join our 30+ year electrical firm in Tolleson Arizona
Duties include:
Daily operations, administrative tasks, manage junior administrative staff.
Finance, budgeting, AP, AR, general ledger, financial statements and Payroll.
Vendor and accounts management, AZ pre-liens and sales tax experience.
Human Resources, logistics, executive and staff support Computer experience with excel,
quick books, and word.
Maintain office inventory and supplies. Position is full time with competitive salary, 401k, , medical, dental, and other benefits. Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
