About Our Team

At Canyon Vista Medical Group Family Medicine, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while providing compassionate, high-quality care across every stage of life. The practice is dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered healthcare focused on prevention, wellness, chronic disease management, and whole-person care. As an LPN, you'll be an essential member of a collaborative care team that supports patients of all ages through routine wellness visits, preventive screenings, chronic condition management, acute care needs, and health education. Working alongside experienced providers, you'll help create an exceptional patient experience while making a lasting impact on the health of the Sierra Vista community.

How You'll Contribute

Canyon Vista Medical Group is comprised of a diverse group of physicians. Collectively, we have been meeting patients' needs for more than 75 years. With an emphasis on customer-focused quality healthcare and patient safety.

Under the direction of an RN or Med-Surge Charge Nurse, the LPN contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN. Essential Functions:

• Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care
• May administer medication.
• Documents patient care given.
• Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
• Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and families

What We're Looking For:

Applicants should have a current Arizona or compact state LPN license and completion of a Practical Nursing Program from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Must have completed an LPN or LVN program.
• Must have an active Arizona or Compact LPN License.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must have BCLS within 30 days of hire.
