As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in leading independent, fulfilling lives while promoting dignity, respect, and personal choice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, meals, and mobility.
• Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and participation in community activities.
• Support recreational, social, and life-skills programming.
• Follow individualized support plans and ensure a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals served.

Requirements:

• Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a caregiving role.
• Prior caregiving or human services experience preferred but not required.

Additional Requirements:

Full-Time, Part Time and Relief!

Available Shifts:

6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
