Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Support Representative Type: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £26,000–£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus Location: West London, within commuting distance of Uxbridge Working Pattern: Hybrid working with regular office attendance, Monday to Friday Join a growing business where great customer service really makes a difference. Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to become part of a friendly, supportive team. This varied position combines customer service, sales support and administration, offering the opportunity to take ownership of customer enquiries and help deliver an excellent customer experience from initial contact through to completion. Competitive salary with performance-related bonus Hybrid working arrangement Excellent training and long-term development opportunities Supportive and collaborative working environment Company pension, workplace parking and regular team events The Role: Deliver professional customer support by telephone and email Process customer orders, enquiries and sales support requests accurately Manage returns, exchanges, refunds and after-sales enquiries Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing practical solutions Handle complaints professionally while maintaining excellent customer relationships Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers and internal departments Keep customers updated on orders and service requests Maintain accurate records using internal business systems Identify recurring issues and support continuous service improvements Prepare clear, accurate and professional written correspondence Assist with general administration and wider customer service activities The Ideal Customer Service & Sales Support Representative Will Have: Previous customer service experience within a commercial environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence writing professional emails and customer correspondence Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Good IT skills and experience using business systems A proactive, positive and customer-focused approach The ability to work well as part of a collaborative team Experience in sales support, order processing, distribution or after-sales service would be advantageous. Experience supporting customers with technical or specialist products would also be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
