Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Charlotte, NC

Setting: Center-based

Population Served: Ages 2-10 or 10-18 for BCBAs experienced with older children

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Lead the clinical operations of a center-based ABA clinic, overseeing service quality, programming, and client outcomes
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians while supporting their professional growth
• Partner with clinic operations leadership to manage staffing, scheduling, and clinic performance
• Support families through parent training, escalated concerns, and clinical consultation
• Maintain a small clinical caseload while serving as the primary clinical leader for the center

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: Small caseload maintained alongside leadership responsibilities

Billable hour expectations: 12-15 hours

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $105,000–$115,000

Bonus structure: Performance reviews and advancement opportunities

PTO: 10 days PTO plus paid holidays

CEU support: Internal CEU portal, quarterly CEU events, conference attendance support
