Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales prospects to improve market position. Foster strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client needs and exceeding expectations. Design and execute account‑specific sales and marketing strategies to support revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer objectives. Manage relationships with assigned accounts while generating new business opportunities aligned with company goals. Promote AGAT Laboratories’ customer‑centric approach to build long‑lasting partnerships. Develop and implement annual territory and business plans to achieve budgeted sales objectives. Utilize insights and analytics to prepare business reviews and identify growth opportunities. Represent AGAT Laboratories at industry workshops, tradeshows, and professional associations. Stay informed on market trends, technological advancements, and competitive activities. Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify market opportunities. Leverage insights to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Perform administrative tasks, such as reporting, documentation, and account updates, as required. What you bring to the table: Proven customer service experience with a team‑focused mindset. Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Hubspot. Robust verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and qualified phone manner. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
