Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive QA strategy; collaborate with software development teams and stakeholders to implement the QA strategy; diagnose quality complaints and issues; and set and enforce QA standards and best practices. Drive automation initiatives; analyze business requirements to ensure usability and testability; oversee execution of manual and automated tests; identify, report, and track defects; ensure defects are timely resolved; and update test cases for feature enhancements on existing functionality. Establish and maintain KPIs and metrics; lead and mentor a team of QA engineers; identify training opportunities; and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Salary range: $130,000 per year Location: 100% onsite in Reno, NV.
