Farmers Insurance Northwest District is seeking a motivated, driven individual to join our team as a Business Sales Associate with a clear pathway to long-term executive leadership. This opportunity offers a flexible hybrid schedule with remote work capabilities and scheduled in-person training.
We are looking for self-starters and future industry leaders who are ready to dive in, manage their performance, and make an immediate impact within a growing District. From day one, you will operate with a high degree of independence, proactively building and managing a client portfolio that drives key market growth.
You will receive one-on-one mentorship, exclusive executive training, and a proven roadmap designed to transition you from a top-producing associate into an executive agency manager.

Responsibilities- Driving Sales: Actively quote and sell Home and Auto insurance policies to new prospects using agency-provided leads.
- Cross-Selling & Portfolio Building: Identify opportunities to protect your clients further by introducing Commercial, Life Insurance, and Financial Services products.
- Pipeline Management: Expertly manage inbound leads, follow up consistently, and guide prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Client Advising: Assess client needs, explain complex coverage options simply, and customize insurance packages that best fit their families and businesses.
- Relationship Building: Establish trust and build long-term relationships within the Worth community to drive referrals and retention.
- Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully-paid by Farmers Insurance)
- Proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not mandatory
