8-hour day shift; 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Therapist to join our team in Victory, GA. This position involves providing high-quality therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population. Ideal candidates will have prior outpatient experience, and we welcome both seasoned professionals and new graduates to apply. The role includes the potential for floating to other clinics and working within a travel team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, ensuring productive and effective treatment sessions.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Maintain documentation and meet productivity expectations of 60 visits/week.
• Adhere to organizational policies, including the approval of any overtime hours by the director.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• No PTA applicants will be accepted.
• First-time travelers and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current relevant licensure as required for the role.
