Construction Project Manager

William Charles Construction

William Charles Construction seeks a Construction Project Manager I or II to deliver heavy civil transportation, site, utility, and infrastructure projects. In this safety-focused, collaborative role, you’ll plan and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while leading field coordination with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers. Responsibilities include cost tracking, change orders, risk and safety management, and client communication. This position offers hands-on experience, professional growth, and the opportunity to build critical infrastructure across the Midwest.
