You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Treasury Operations and Capital Markets activities.How will you drive value within the organization as a Treasury Operations Specialist?Assist in the production of monthly servicer reports for outstanding securitization transactions and bank credit facilitiesCreate daily internal treasury reports that cover liquidity, interest expense, bank commitments, and related metricsProcess the daily allocation of monies from master collection accounts to separate financing collection accountsProduce and submit daily borrowing requests to banking partnersAssist in the preparation of short and medium-term liquidity forecastsProvide support to quarterly and annual compliance and reporting processes, and work with third party auditors during their annual review of treasury operationsAssist in resolving funding and contract exceptions with other departmentsWhat should you already know to be successful as a Treasury Operations Specialist?Minimum of bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering, or a related field requiredBasic knowledge of accounting and financial concepts requiredStrong analytical, problem solving, data gathering, and analysis skills requiredStrong Excel skills required; basic knowledge least one computer coding language (VBA, SQL) preferredHigh level of intellectual curiosity required including the inclination and ability to understand the drivers of financial results and the overall financial picture of the organizationHigh level of professional maturity; verbal and written communication skills necessary to interact with senior management requiredStrong drive, ambition, and self-motivation; 'self-starter' with the ability to independently resolve day-to-day issuesExcellent organizational skills with high attention to detailTeam player that can adapt in a fast paced and changing environmentCommitment to exemplifying the organizational core values and key competenciesEmployment Requirements:This is an exempt level position whereby business need will dictate the exact work schedule which should be expected to vary at times. Generally, the days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pmRegular, predictable attendance is required, including in excess of 40 hours per week as business demands dictateEvening and weekend work may be required as job duties demandThe position does not require travelSignificant portions of daily assignments involve application of manual skills requiring motor coordination in combination with finger dexterityRemain in a stationary position up to 100% of the workdayBe able to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, bending, and kneeling
