What You'll Do

• Provide respiratory and neuro diagnostics in a hospital ICU setting
• Perform NBRC (RRT) competency-based assessments and interventions
• Float seamlessly between facilities including Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Participate in weekend rotation as required, with prior confirmation of availability

What You Need

Required:

• IN RRT license
• ACLS and BCLS certifications
• 18+ months ICU experience with recent ICU exposure (minimum 18 months experience)
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Prescreen confirmation of weekend availability

Preferred:

• Experience in neuro diagnostics or respiratory therapy roles
• Ability to float across multiple hospital units
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
