Be a part of the team where our culture combines ingenuity with precision and advanced capabilities to deliver unmatched results, helping our customers get their products to market quickly and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesStart-finish of new and repair toolingFabrication of tooling is produced on time and efficiently while maintaining high quality standardsPreventative maintenance of moldsRepairs and modifications of existing toolingCoordinate jobs with CNC and EDM departmentsFlexibility with hours as overtime may occur on a regular basisRequirementsMinimum of 10 years of experience in mold makingOperational knowledge of tool room equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, etc.Strong organization skillsExtremely detailed-oriented with high degree of accuracy of .0002 toleranceSelf-starter with ability to work independentlyStrong math skillsExcellent attendance and punctuality mandatoryPhysical RequirementsGood mobility, energy level and ability to routinely lift 50 poundsRequires good visual and audio acuityMust be willing and able to operate a forklift - we will trainThis is a non-relocation positionWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
