Data Processing Clerk

Location: Fairport, NY (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data in a manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to support our Coating Department by collecting, maintaining, and reporting critical production and operational data.

What You'll Do

✅ Collect and compile production, quality, downtime, and operational data

✅ Enter and maintain accurate information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems

✅ Review source documents for accuracy and completeness

✅ Generate routine reports and support KPI tracking and trend analysis

✅ Walk the production floor to gather information directly from operations teams

✅ Assist with special projects and other data-related initiatives

What We're Looking For

✔ 1–3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, reporting, or manufacturing documentation

✔ Strong Microsoft Excel skills

✔ Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills

✔ High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience working with manufacturing or production data

⭐ Familiarity with ERP, MES, SAP, Oracle, or other production tracking systems

⭐ Associate Degree or higher
