Bus Or Van MonitorReports To: Director Of Transportation & The Superintendent Of Boone Community School DistrictWork Year: 9 Months Part-Time: 3-6 Hours Per Student Attendance DaySummary: Responsible for the safe operation of a vehicle transporting students to and from schools in accordance with policies and procedures. Duties include, but are not limited to assuring the safe operations surrounding the transportation of all riders; student management and discipline; and communication with parents/guardians, students and school officials.Education And Related Work Experience: High School Diploma Or Equivalent. Experience Preferred But Not RequiredTechnical Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities: Ability To Communicate Effectively In The English Language Both In Writing And Orally. Demonstrated Skills With Interpersonal Relations And Teamwork. Demonstrated Organizational Skills. Ability To Provide Excellent Customer Service And Public Relations.
