JOB HOURS: 8:00/8:30 - 5:00/5:30 Mondays - Friday 40 hours/week

JOB SUMMARY:

Provides prompt, courteous and accurate customer service while assisting customers and bank employees with electronic services. This position must acquire and maintain working knowledge of bank products and services to assist customers and recognize opportunities to cross sell. Serves as a specialized contact for NetTeller, Cash Management, ATM's, Merchant Services and Card Services duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide excellent customer service in accordance with our standards and philosophy.
• Assist customers daily on the different uses of online banking services, such as bill pay, mobile deposit, transfers, transaction history, manage debit cards.
• Provide on-site assistance for electronic banking services to business customers.
• Performs daily functions for NetTeller, Cash Management, ATM's promptly and efficiently.
• Cross trains in card services and merchant processing duties.
• Participates in community events for SMB.
• Recognizes opportunities to cross sell bank products and services.
• Corresponds with online customers via e-mail, telephone, or other electronic messaging systems to address questions or complaints about products and policies.

• Working knowledge and use of internet/mobile banking products and accounts.
• Detailed and service oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Computer Skills (Jack Henry, Microsoft Office, Deluxe, SMBonline & mobile app)
• Knowledge of office equipment such as telephone systems, printers, etc.
• Bilingual in Spanish beneficial.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior teller or banking experience required.
• College degree and/or previous electronic services experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, bend, twist, view and use a computer, and telephone with an earpiece or headset.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. at times.
