Packaged Outside Sales Representative - Propane (Plain City OH) Responsible for driving profitable growth ofcommercial bulk propane sales within an assigned territory. Develops newbusiness opportunities and manages existing customer relationships acrosscommercial, industrial, agricultural, autogas, and wholesale propanesegments. Responsible for identifying customer energy needs, developingpropane supply solutions, negotiating agreements, coordinating installations,and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining companysafety and compliance standards. EssentialFunctions Maintain ahigh level of personal safety performance and regulatory compliance. Driveprofitable growth of commercial bulk propane gallons, margin, and customerretention within the assigned territory. Identifyand prospect new commercial propane opportunities including: Warehousing and logistics Schools and municipalities Develop andexecute territory growth plans focused on new tank placements and gallongeneration. Negotiatenew account agreements, contract renewals, and long-term supplyrelationships. Managecustomer portfolio to improve retention, profitability, and gallon growth. Conductfacility evaluations and energy assessments to identify propane conversionopportunities. Developproposals and ROI analyses for propane installation projects. Coordinatetank installations, equipment projects, and customer onboarding withoperations and field teams. Serve asthe primary customer contact for commercial propane accounts. Work withcredit and collections teams to maintain healthy accounts receivable. Maintaindetailed sales activity, pipeline management, and forecasting through CRMsystems. Monitorcompetitive activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities within theterritory. Supportcustomer safety initiatives and propane-related compliance requirements. Collaboratewith operations, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure successfulproject execution.
