MedAxion Position Overview CRNA coverage in a high volume environment CRNAs and MDs work independently doing their own cases Blocks, spinals, and epidurals proficiency required Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Clinical Scope General Endoscopy (primarily in the surgery center) Orthopedics Urology High risk OB including VBACs GYN Oncology Liver Vascular (some) ENT Anesthesia supported radiology

Required Qualifications Active Indiana license BLS, ACLS, and PALS NBCRNA certification
